What are your standard shipping times for heavy machinery?
Most in-stock machines are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days for domestic freight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Muller Machines ships worldwide. International orders are subject to custom freight quotes and may require additional documentation for customs clearance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. For high-value industrial equipment, wire transfer is our preferred method for faster processing.
Are the machines covered by a warranty?
All new equipment comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Certified pre-owned machines include a 90-day limited parts warranty from Muller Machines.
Can I return a machine if it doesn't meet my requirements?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the equipment is in its original, unused condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee and return freight costs apply.
Do you provide installation and training services?
We offer optional on-site installation and operator training packages for most industrial units. Please contact our technical support team to schedule a session.
